Lived in one of their houses for a couple of years. He wouldn’t fix anything. Begged him to replace our porch and he refused, drove by the house shortly after moving out just to see a brand new front and back porch. Had mold in one of the bedrooms due to a leak in the bathroom and it wasn’t fixed while my family lived there and I’m not sure if it’s been fixed yet. Would not recommend renting from here
