I highly recommend Lighthouse Restoration. They were so quick to respond and had a crew on site to help when my basement flooded. Jeffred the lead technician was amazing, so friendly and respectful. Malcolm and Connor were also on site and the same praise is extended to them. In fact the entire team that came out was extremely organized, took good care of our property. They even made sure I could access most of my gym equipment in my garage; and I didn't even ask them to do that. I can't thank them enough for helping out so quickly.
Lighthouse was amazing and efficient cleaning up and tending to our flood. Brandon who was the lead guy was exceptional. He was friendly, explained every step of the way, and made the whole ordeal less painful. I would absolutely recommend them and make sure to ask for Brandon to lead the job!
From the moment I reached out to oil company to the immediate flood control team arrived I felt like I was in good hands. Having never before experienced a disaster like this with flood damage, no heat and icicles in the window between the storm window and interior window and wet floors and walls. I felt like I could breathe again and I had help. Varied services were and are needed and all peoples have been quick responders and helpful. Work and workers have been wonderful.
