Service call to check my heat pump: They were experienced and thorough. They checked my freon, my reversing circuit that thaws the frosted coils on the heat pump and checked the amperage on the emergency heat coils on the air handler. Jamie was the service technician that showed up and fixed my heating issue with no problem. I’m a current tenant of Parr and Abernathy, that are by far the BEST property management I’ve ever dealt with. This weekend was not the weekend you really wanted to have an issue with your gas furnace. I left a voicemail on the nonemergency line and within 30 minutes. I had a call from the technician that was on call today. Jamie fit me in along with all the other calls he had and still had one to do when he left my house a little after 6pm. He advised some issues that I probably need to take care of and is going to research if they have available parts to make some changes.I could not have asked for a better service thank you so much and I look forward to working with y’all again

Our AC suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon. I called Lin Jarrett and he was at my house within 45 minutes. He identified the issue and had our AC fixed quickly. He also took the time to give us some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again.

Lin Jarrett Heating & Air Conditioning installed a mini split for me. The process, from free estimates to installation, was smooth and organized. They showed up on time and explained everything they were going to do and answered my questions before starting. The technicians were polite, friendly, and professional. They did a great job and it looks amazing. The mini split they recommended is very quiet and cooled my area really fast. Before the technicians left, they explained and demonstrated how to operate it with the remote control. I highly recommend this company.
