Little Man Parking Garage

Warning so that you do not lose your money when charging your car. I was recently charged $14.00 for using a supercharger at the parking garage and $11.00 separately, meaning I ended up paying a total of $25.00 to charge my car.

Horrible experience. I paid for monthly parking and the valet scratched my brand new car 2 times within a week of having it. Little man refuses to take accountability for what they have done and the cost of their error is now costing me $1400. Also want to add that the manager has yelled and called me names on the phone. He even threatened me to leave the garage so I had to park elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

I currently pay $300 a month for a parking space in my appartment building SOHO Lofts in Jersey City. The Parking is managed by little man. I called to confirm that I was going on a trip with a friend and he could leave his car in my spot as I planned to drive. I was told absolutely no problem “just come get it validated”. I then stopped back the day before departure to reconfirm. I also clarified that we would be leaving around 5am and that someone would be in the office. The confirmed that was okay once again. The day of the trip no one was in the office that they claimed was “24 hours”. Since it was confirmed twice we left my friend’s car and figured we would validate it upon return. Parked my brand new car here today so I could run into work for 4hrs. The whole front left side by my light is scratched. Couldnt be more furious right now honestly. Zero stars.

No Tesla chargers here. It is a death trap. No safety. There are no lights, sounds or bells when cars are entering or exiting. At night it is very dangerous.
