I would give zero stars if it was at all possible! I ordered what was supposed to be beautiful preserved cushion moss from this company. Instead, what I received was a bag of super moss with cut up pieces of moss that were all dried out underneath. This is not what I paid for! My attempts to reach the company by phone and by email have been totally disregarded. Here is what I received. I am also going to be reporting to the Better Business Bureau though this company has complaints everywhere online I wish that I would’ve researched them but why would I for a company that was supposed to sell beautiful high-quality products?!?!
