Live Oak Builders

The team at Live Oak is first rate. We just completed the new home building process in Beaufort and used Live Oak for that. Todd, Lisa, Nick, and Mirjam were a pleasure to work with. The entire process was easy especially since we live out of the area. We highly recommend them.

We had a house fire, so need lots of work done on our home. We recently met with Live Oak Builders and are impressed with their work. They have built several homes in our community which all are great homes. Cannot wait to get our home rebuilt by Live Oaks.

Todd Bradley, Lisa Simmons and their crews build a quality house. We all have some issues along the way, but Todd was thorough, empathetic and easy to work with to resolve each and every concern in a timely and professional way. I would highly recommend them.

Todd is very knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented. We were so impressed with his extensive knowledge of the area and his willingness to work with us to help us achieve our goals.

Their employees are obviously very inconsiderate of others. Especially the handicapped.
