Lashanda is amazing. I had some really weird problems with my bill (not the company's fault), and she took the time to figure out what was going on, worked with me on my payment, and even called me later with a long term solution. Really appreciate her dedication to the customer experience; she's truly wonderful.
Harold, our service technician while we lived here was professional and courteous at all times. He always scheduled at a convenient time for us and was punctual. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Terminix as they're bonded as well.
Reggie is wonderful. He is pleasant and warm. He was very thorough inside and out making sure our house is protected and pest free.
