Signed contract to have this sunroom built in December of 2021. Today is November 22, 2022 and still not done yet!! Waiting for months on now the 3rd set of French doors! The first 2 were sent incorrectly and pretty poor quality! Biggest mistake going with this company!! They never even respond to you! Try and call them yourself before you sign with this company. They don't care about you!!!

Porch Conversions has the worst customer service possible. 4-6 week lead times are a joke. Over 3 months now and can't even get an update on when my project will ship. I can understand being short on staffing, but your choice to not even update me shows me how little you care about the problem.

Driver stay away very slow loading its floor load take 4to 5 hour so be careful driver

Ordered a sunroom through a local company and the sunroom has had many issues as it was not put together correctly...measurements are off, not enough clearance opening door to be able to put down a floor (tile, whatever), windows feel cheap, pull down screens don't work properly, AC/Heating unit came with broken pieces. Dont' get a sunroom from this company.

Dont know the quality of the product, but I do know that when you intentionally ignore OSHA violations, fail to provide proper equipment, subject your emplyees to toxic chemicals to the point they are hospitalized, then fire them because of a stupid point/call off system due to the illness created by the products you use.......you fail as a company no matter how high of quality your product is.
