L & J took very good care of us for our heat pump repair! We were going through a warranty company that said we had a broken part for our heat pump that would take months to replace, and we were being encouraged to pay out of pocket for a whole new system. Tim came out and determined that my unit was perfectly functional and the root cause of my issue was a damaged wire. Tim replaced the wire and my system immediately began functioning properly. The responsiveness was timely and the prices were very reasonable and competitive. I would strongly recommend L & J to anybody who needs HVAC work!
