Its only been 5 months since I got my driveway done and pictures dont justify how bad my driveway looks. 8200 dollars for this crappy job. You call and call, email and this company doesn't get back to you at all, dont call you back nothing about what they are going to do to fix this crappy job they did. And last i heard from someone is they will still charge me to do patch work that they messed up even. Wow I wish I would have went with another company because it would have been cheaper and looked better over what LL pelling does. Pathetic really, I think its time bbb even gets a phone call since obviously these people won't answer or call back or even do the job correctly.

This company did some road resurfacing in my neighborhood. I spoke with the guy in charge of the crew and explained that I had spent a considerable amount of time and money replanting grass that had been torn up by people parking in my yard during wet weather. I asked him nicely not to spray the oil/tar they use to hold the gravel in place on my grass. He assured me that he wouldn't and went on to tell me with a straight face that it wouldn't hurt the grass anyway. After hearing that second part I knew he was either clueless or lying through his teeth. Sure enough as soon as I left for work they sprayed that stuff way up in my yard killing a strip of grass that I had just got reestablished at least a foot wide. To top it off the road surface they put down didn't even last the first winter.

Had someone come out to give an estimate on 3 jobs. Never got back to us, will not return e-mails/calls. Very disappointed as they came highly recommended.

I have called them twice about getting an estimate for my driveway. They have not called me back or mailed me an estimate. To say I have been wasting my time is an understatement.

People in the orange vests at the airport today directing traffic are totally rude. Hopefully not a representation of your company.
