I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Maria’s House Cleaning was so disappointing that I feel the need to warn others. I was quoted a price ahead of time, but when the team arrived, they suddenly added extra charges just to pick up a few clothes from the floor and toss them in a bin. When I brought this up to the owner and explained that picking up clothes should be part of cleaning a bedroom, all they said was, “Would you like the team to continue or leave?” No apology, no compromise just take it or leave it. After they left, I noticed stains on my toilet and countertop that were definitely not there before.
