They will send you an appointment date and time . They'll ask you this works, you reply no and give different day and time, no response. The tech will show up not been given the updated info. Eric had to show to not be able to do his job due to poor management. Eric (tech) Has now reschedule in person because of lack communication from said company. Terrible I do not wish to write negative reviews, but due to lack of communication i have no choice. This the option i was given. The technician who showed was professional, and a 10 out of 10
