My experience with Justin from Otis services was exceptional from start to finish and I’d highly recommend him for any home improvement project. I reached out to him on Saturday and he was quick to respond with same day availability. I told him we had seven doors that needed to be hung and he quoted a fair price over the phone and I quickly agreed. He arrived on time and installed all seven doors without any issues. I needed a leak repair in my water main (outlet from the service valve). While they were here, I also asked if he could take a look at my leaking irrigation valves. Justin was very accommodating to my schedule and was very responsive. Prompt and courteous service, explained the work throughout the process. Very upfront and honest with pricing, does NOT upcharge for parts and even provides receipts. 1 year warranty for work included.
