Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Another great experience. My wife and kids came home the other afternoon and said they could smell gas in the house. After a few checks, we found where the gas smell was coming from. After a call to the fire department and the gas company a leak was confirmed. The technician from the gas company said he was not able to fix the issue as he stated he did not have enough room to work and his tools were not adequate to tighten or loosed the valve/hose connections. He told me I needed to call a contractor or a plumber to fix the leak. I was a little frustrated from what seemed like a lack of effort. Had Dylan as a tech here, who was then accompanied by Josh (who brought the line camera to inspect) both are very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Show up complete the task at hand in a very professional manner. Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It’s hard working people like this that keep these companies alive. Nothing but good to say about the whole experience from the second I called (very friendly and professional booking staff) to the prompt service I received. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again if any plumbing issues arise. These guys are top notch.

This was a frustrating job, Ivan was stellar. An amazing hard worker. Never gave up, in a hole 8 feet deep 2 foot by 3 wide. Pipe on the very bottom, and he finished the project. The entire team did a great job. I highly recommend rotor rooter

We definitely will recommend Albert of Roto Rooter to all our friends and family members who live here in the Coachella Valley. One thing that I admire Albert for is his experience with handling issues like what we have today. He did not do any upselling when I told him about our water heater issues and I really appreciate him for doing that, I asked him about the cost of a new water heater and he was honest and explained to me about it's process. I will give him a 10 for a job well done.
