My furnace wasn’t working. The tech came in and spent two minutes checking his meter. He rolled it up and told me I needed a new board. They didn’t have one in stock and it would be two days until I got one. It was under 20°. I called R and W. They had the part in stock so I had them come out. The tech tested the board and did a few more diagnostics and actually found a loose wire that got the furnace running again. He told me I didn’t need to get the board installed that day if I didn’t want to, but had no idea how long the repair he made would last. I had them put in the board. The Lloyd’s tech showed no interest in trying to get the furnace going. Which was just moving a wire back into place. I would never recommend this company because in my view, it was obvious they weren’t inte

Had a plumber come out to diagnose a leak I was having he couldn't find one and tried to say it was coming from my roof. Had a separate plumber come out 2 days later and they found the leak within 10 minutes. Lloyds still made me pay for a diagnosis even tho he didn't find the leak told me I should of called them back cause they "stand behind there work" what a joke.

They were great! A bit smelly lol, but they accomidated my construction schedule, and found a way to replace all my bad plumbing in one visit! Price was very reasonable for all they did! I highly recomend them!

Donnie had a crew out as soon as the furnace and A/C units came in and they installed it without any delay. Naturally the A/C unit died during the hottest days of summer. LLOYD'S P&H loaned us a portable A/C to get us thru. We highly recommend LLOYD'S P&H!
