I needed to have my siding repaired due to my new insurance company demanding it. My siding had been damaged by Overgrown vines that turned into wood. Had a hard time finding a company that were willing to do the repairs. The first company I talked to said talk to a Germantown siding experts, but they said they werw too busy. The second company was only going to replace a few siding pieces and just nail down the rest. I was not happy with that solution. I decided to next contact L&M Exteriors. Met with Aaron their salesrep, and he understood what needed to be done. His quote and the schedule seemed reasonable. They were able to get the siding repaired quickly, right after the holidays. My insurance had given me a March 2nd deadline and L&M completed the repair by the 2nd week of Januar

My sister and I inherited my dad’s home after he passed away, and the house was listed for sale (under contract) when the buyer asked us for a new roof. We had no idea where to start looking or who to call. Our agent gave us the contact info of several companies (all of whom we contacted) and we decided to go with L&M. We met with Tony who was so kind, personable and professional and just seemed to know good customer service. We immediately felt at ease working with him. One thing I immediately noticed was that L&M was a Veteran owned company and my dad was a combat Veteran of the Vietnam war. I felt in some way that this was a meaningful way to honor our dad, by choosing to do business with people he felt so passionate about. I dont do a lot of reviews but when I get exceptional service and or quality work done by someone i feel like I should tell others. Aaron was my point of contact and walked me through every step after the storm in March damaged my property. He made sure I knew exactly what was being done, how it was being done and when it was being done. My roof is beautiful and i wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

L&M Exteriors did our roof and the siding on one side of our house after the storms this year. They were extremely patient as we worked with our insurance adjuster and were quick to answer any questions that they had which made a very stressful process so much easier. After we gave the go ahead, the materials were ordered and the work was done within a week. We would highly recommend them for any work that you may need done!

I am very happy with my new roof. Very fast responsive time. We had a tree fall in our home. I was so happy that they made sure to I didn't have more damaged to my home while waiting for repairs. If I have any problems again or know someone who needs to roof repair. I definitely recommend L&M exteriors.
