If I could give this parking garage negative 10 stars I would. DO NOT PARK HERE FOR A CONCERT AT THE WELLMONT! DO NOT PAY BEFOREHAND THROUGH PARK MOBILE OR PARK WHIZ. YOU CAN'T GET OUT. THE SCANNER IS ALWAYS BROKEN AND NO ONE WILL HELP YOU. The police won't help you either. So if you'd like to get stressed to the point of a stroke patk here. And if you don't heed this warning then you are dumb.
Worst parking garage I ever paid for. Do not park here and prepay. Bought a time slot ahead so I’d have parking for an event. Got there guy tells me it doesn’t matter that my card was charged they sell it the minute you go past the start time. Half hour late and I paid for 5hrs IN ADVANCE! DON’T bother.
Horrible Experience. I had to pay twice for a total of 60.00 bucks.
