ABSOLUTE RIPOFF! They do not display rates until you are already in the garage with a subtle sign saying $30 up to eight hours for “event parking.” There is no per hour breakdown. Rude attendant when we questioned the rate at the exit. Avoid if you can!

Forget calling for help on the machine, they start the conversation in a defensive and angry tone and refuse to do anything but give you attitude until YOU hang up. Not helpful whatsoever.

This company is an absolute scam. Paid $30 for parking with this company 5 months in advance for an event, showed up and was given an attitude and told the garage was full and I had to go to the other garage "owned by the same company" and it wouldn't cost me, so I did. I was turned away despite the lot saying there were over 80 spots still available in the garage. The other garage had no attendant at all that night and I was forced to pay another $30 to be able to leave the parking garage, and no refund is available through the app or the garage company bc it was the day of the event. This company stole $30 from me, they shouldn't allow reservations for parking spots with no way to monitor it and no way to offer refunds when they can't honor said reservation.

Have to agree with others who have warned about the potential scam. Parked on a Sunday and it had clear signs of fees. Thought I would be paying a reasonable under 10$ for a couple of hours. Was charged 40$ instead!

Scammers!!! Never park your car there!!! I won’t recommend parking your car at this location. I had to pay $30 for 40-50min. Customer service was awful ,disrespectful and disappointing. He said the rate is for the event I have to stay for 8 hours. His Boss said he can’t make any justification. No matter what, I have to pay $30 for even 5 min. Very unfair and terrible service and business.
