LM Plaza 4A Parking - Garage

The parking garage attached to Whole Foods needs to address how attendants handle issues caused by the machines. When I entered, the ticket dispenser didn’t print a ticket. I had my Whole Foods receipt showing I spent over $10, so I expected the exit to be straightforward. Instead, I ended up in a long, drawn-out exchange with the attendant. I was completely polite the entire time, but his tone was unnecessarily suspicious and intimidating. Before he even asked which machine I used, he questioned me at length in a way that made me increasingly uncomfortable — especially as a woman just trying to resolve a simple parking issue. I would find a different parking lot if possible. All EV chargers are broken and attendant was very aggressive in blaming me for taking more than 5 min to drive up 7 floors to check all 6 EV chargers before giving up and trying to leave.

Nice, clean, safe, covered lot with Whole Foods attached to the lot. Very good monthly parking rate. A few blocks walk to the Path at exchange place one stop away from downtown NYC where I live. Also love the 24x7 self-serve in-and-out parking where I don’t have to wait on a valet.

the place is very very very bad. The staff is rude. I showed the whole foods purchase history on my app but they asked me to show paper receipt, otherwise you need to pay for $21 for just 1h3min. It is ridiculous that they do not accept online purchase record!

This was my first time visiting this garage. It is very clean, and there were many spaces available however, when we parked and got out we couldn't find the elevator. And the one we did find was not even working. I just wish they had signs up to tell us what was going on instead of parking so far from the actual working elevator because I had my mom with me who is currently using a walker. Then coming back the doors were locked and we did know how to get in and the person at the desk didn't have the Decency to get up and help or even open the door for that matter. He was so busy in his phone so the just did a hard gesture with his hand to go to the other side like he had a attitude. I really got offended. He we got the door opened he didn't say a word to him.
