Do not park here! I was charged twice for parking, and every time I tried to speak with the manager, no one was at the office. Today, I finally found her—and she had a horrible attitude. I’m not sure if it’s because English is my second language, but I felt completely dismissed. On another occasion, I paid $40 and never received the $10 refund I was promised. That day, someone told me to take a picture of the parking receipt and speak with the manager. Today, she said I needed a different receipt—not the one I was told to use. So I lost $25 from the double charge, plus the $10 refund I never got. Do not park there. Find another space! It’s so sad that the people working in customer service don’t want to help. She didn’t even look at the computer or try to be polite. No effort to help at

My card got charged and then the gate wouldn’t open then the worker there told me I didn’t pay and it showed a charge on my card just for him to say I still had to pay. Then also told me I was on the wrong side. Then why didn’t you block it off how would I know. They still charged me twice and I disputed. Never parking here again.

This lot has A LOT of spaces available and is located in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants, PATH, Ferry & Light Rail. Well maintained facility and friendly workers. Big thanks to Jose, Carlos & the entire staff for taking care of me.
