LM Wave Parking, LLC

Spent the night at The Wave during blizzard since I had to get to the hospital early the next morning. There are signs that show rates for 24 hour parking. However, no sign saying gates will close and will have no access to car. After walking around in the blizzard. I hit the assist button on entry gate. Parking attendant/ or security guard directed us how to get into building and he took us to elevator and access to our car. Told us he would open the gate and let us out. There are 2 exits out of the garage. He opened the gate and we drove to the end of the street and right into a huge snow bank. The exit to the street was not plowed, it was dark and there we were stuck for an hour. Shoveling in the blizzard. Why however the other exit was plowed. So why did he let us out the exit where th

The people here they are not friendly they don’t say anything i paid twice and the guy didn’t tell me they have to change those people who works there
