Gary with LMI System was outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. It didn’t take him long at all to identify the problem, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was fully addressed. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to us, making sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. His attention to detail and calm, respectful approach made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Gary and LMI System—excellent service from start to finish.

Bought a truck from these guys. Wouldn’t let me test drive it on the highway. Was told drives great. 10 minutes into my 4 hour ride back home truck breaks down. Had it towed back to Nashville. Won’t answer my calls and the guy I was dealing with blocked my number. I understand sold as is but 10 minutes down the road it breaks down ? Come on.. injectors are bad on the truck.

Kirk and his assistant Felipe did an excellent job restoring power to our business. Kirk also provided solutions should we have issues again

Unorganized, unprofessional, and refusing to pay invoice for services rendered on a Starbucks network install. Lying about the completion of scope and refused to respond. Forced to sue to collect for services rendered.
