My husband and I are having a new house built for us. We had a battle with the contractor who wanted.to install Versetta stone where we needed rock accents. I stood firm demanding a stone mason for the fireplace. My husband thought Versetta Stone (easy to install rock-like paneling) insisted on and installed by the contractor would be OK on the exterior of the house. It was horrid. We went with cultured stone on the fireplace with Luke Moen and it’s breathtaking. It’s less expensive than real stone, but still looks so real. Luke also created a custom mantle for us and perfect rock hearth. And then we had him tear out the Versetta stone on the exterior, and install the cultured stone there also. It was a very expensive lesson (paying for Versetta stone and it’s installation and then paying

LML Construction did excellent work in a timely manner. We were so pleased with the work they did for Story Library in 2023, that when another project came up in 2025, we went back to them. Our primary project was new concrete sidewalk, but Lucus helped us work through some drainage issues in the process with a simple, direct plan and the final outcome is exactly what we wanted.

Luke at LML Construction did great masonry work filling in abandoned windows in our house foundation and making other foundation repairs. He was even able to matched our old style cinder blocks. He was professional, thorough, and nice to work with. I highly recommend LML Construction.
