Lobo & Ochoa Painting

Lobo&Ochoa Painting did a great job for us they repainted 100% of the doors and woodwork including caulking new baseboards in most of the house. They also painted about 85 % of the interior walls including accent color total of 4 colors. They were right on time and completed the entire house in 2 days at a very reasonable price. GREAT JOB! I hired this company to paint a rental property I own. They gave me an estimate almost immediately after I contacted them. I got three estimates, and they were the middle price. The quality was outstanding. Communication was constant -- before, during, and after. They offered multiple times to change anything I wasn't ok with, but everything was excellent. They painted the exterior, the carport floors, all the interior walls, and even the cabinets, which were the original wood. I have to admit I was skeptical of the idea of painting a cabinet, but look at the before & after picture below. HIRE THESE PEOPLE asap!!! You will not be disappointed.

They painted the interior trim and doors in my rental property and did an exceptional job at a fair price. I asked them to come back and paint some exterior shutters in which they advised that they would take care of for me free of charge. Excellent company who cares about their customer and will go the extra mile to make you happy. I will certainly use them again and will refer to all friends and family.

Responsive company. Addressed my inquiry promptly and provided price quote within 30 minutes of seeing job. Price was fair. Received reminder day before job was scheduled.
