Loc 360 - DCUSA

Got charged twice. Attempted to speak to gate porter and he said show me proof you paid. I showed him my transaction history he said " this don't tell me nothing you must pay again or I call cops". Hence forcing you to prepay on their elevator machines that never print receipts. Shameful.

What it says on the tin, and most importantly I’m always able to find a spot!

Another reviewer feels the same way - frustrating that there is no validation for this parking lot. It's clearly owned by the same place that owns the retail space for DCUSA mall. I'd rather drive further to a place that does have parking that can be validated. Also the entrance is off Hiatt Pl NW, not where the pin is. And of course none of this info is on the parking garage's website.

I'm new to the city and it was easy to find. Entrance is actually next to the mattress firm near the mall (doesn't appear on google maps for some reason). Contactless payment rn. Machine gives you entry ticket and you pay on your way out. I didn't know this but guy there was friendly and helped me out. You take an elevator up to the mall

Lost my ticket after under an hour = $20. Decided I would shop some more bc I just spent $20 on parking. Can't do that! I had to pay an additional $2. All said, $22 for less than 2 hours and an unfriendly encounter with the parking lot manager.
