Spencer is kind, trustworthy, and was great to work with! He took great care of us and our hvac system. He did everything genuinely with our families best interest at heart, not just the companies. He didn’t try to upsell me like other companies, and he explained everything in a very understandable way. He was patient with us and quick to fix our issue! We would recommend Lochard to everyone!

I woke up to no heat and a completely dead furnace. After calling several HVAC companies and receiving no return calls, I decided to contact Lochard after seeing and hearing how highly rated they were. I’m so glad I did. They had technicians out to diagnose my furnace that same afternoon. The technicians were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue and took the time to show and explain everything to me. Spencer made the entire process incredibly smooth. He measured the square footage of my home and, instead of simply trying to make a sale, explained that we actually didn’t need as large of a furnace as we previously had — which may have contributed to the original system’s failure. The night before Thanksgiving our furnace decided to work sporadically. Concerned that the temperature was dropping in our home and the next day was a holiday we started calling every 24-hour HVAC service provider near us. Each call resulted in a dead end, until we found Lochard. It was late at night, and took a little while to receive a call back from Doug, but once we did we knew we were in good hands. Kyle called to ask a few questions and asked if he could come out in the morning. He arrived at our home on Thanksgiving day, diagnosed the issue with our furnace and answered all of our questions. We are so impressed! Doug and Kyle have made us dedicated customers and we highly recommend to everyone!

The team was here early and started job right on time, had gas line in and ready to hook up when stove was delivered, couldn’t ask for better service. Checked stove after hook up and saw everything was working properly. Cleaned up and disposed of wrapping from stove, very nice workmanship. Will always call Lockharts if I have any needs.

Love Lochard's. We have used them a couple times, once for plumbing and once for heating. Both times they have been quick, clean and polite. They answered any questions we had, and took care of the issues immediately. Most importantly they were affordable.
