Josh came out to take care of our plumbing issue! He was very courteous and helped us out so much! We highly recommend this company! They are very professional and kind!

My sewer line was backed up and I have a very tiny crawlspace under my house. Neither Lochard or J&J Plumbing would remove my toilet to snake it out. After J&J was here this morning, I called Regal. Josh was out within 2 hours. It took about 2 hours to fix the issue. He was very professional , didn't talk down to me, treated me with respect, let me know what was going on and gave me suggestions on what I needed to do going forward.

I had an unexpected bathroom water leak. They got me in short notice. Josh was professional and fixed the problem.

I called and said there was water coming out of my cleanout so they sent someone over to say they couldn't do anything because of water coming out of my cleanout and charged me for it so I called to dispute the charge no one answered so I left a voice mail and of course no call back jus another bill threatening to go to collections

My parents called for service after hours. Whoever came out was very unprofessional. I’d love to have a conversation with whoever it was.
