Matt was my grandmothers service agent that came to the house today. Wonderful man, very professional, he did everything in a timely manner, answered all questions and concerns we had for him. Very pleasant man. Thank you Orkin for having wonderful professional service people. As a customer having to call you is stress within its self. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I had Orkin for several months it was not working. I had spiders all the time several people come out several appointments. Here’s where it went bad when it didn’t work I asked for the “Orkin money back guarantee” well you have to have a supervisor come out first two appointments he never showed second one he called and said he was gonna be super late can we reschedule never called To reschedule third appointment I did cancel because my grandfather died the night before. Well I canceled the service and asked for a supervisor to call me because they still billed me $80 did he call me? You guessed it no he never did but damn well 30 days later reported me to collections service. Seriously Orkin. Ongoing issues and just got ignored and pushed aside then yo

Been with these people since July. Dad has paid a lot of money In thoughts that the ants were going to be gone. They came eight days ago and now we are flooded with ants again. If we stopped with this company, it would still be the same as day one. Very disappointing that you pay so much money for something that does not work. They are in the bathroom. They are near the cat food. They are in the kitchen. They are in the bedrooms. Something has to give And that is not my dad putting out more money already paid $1700+
