Lock City Locksmith

Called needing help for my daughter's car who is attending college. I'm out of state and couldn't look at it. James was extremely helpful setting up the appointment, was on time and followed through with what we discussed. Turns out the issue was not related to the key. He was extremely honest shared the codes with me and even gave me a recommendation on a reputable shop in town. I expected some type of charge for his time or the trip at least. To my surprise he wasn't trying to charge me anything. You don't find good people like him often anymore. If you are in need of a honest locksmith in the Swainsboro area I would highly recommend giving James at Lock City a call.

I called and asked if they re-coded residential doors and dead bolts. They said they do and that they could do it the following day and it would take about 30 minutes. I showed up the next day during business hours, and the door was locked, it said open. There are two phone number’s printed on the door. I called, left messages and nobody ever called back, even 3 days later, no call back or apology, or explanation. I had the locks in hand and was kind of in a bind. Terrible customer service. We bought new ones at Walmart👍

Despite it being the weekend, his service was exceptional. We urgently needed a special key duplicated for the meeting room, and thanks to his efforts, we were able to resolve the issue without any disruption to our work. Thank you again!

Did an awesome job. I only had a valet key for my 2015 4runner and they cut and programmed 2 keys. Very reasonable price, they did a better than a dealer on price and quality of work. Highly recommend Lock city.
