Roof US replaced the roof on our home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They provided a clear and detailed estimate, answered all of my questions, and completed the job right on schedule. We are thankful!

The fact that I spoke to four different contractors in the area that “no longer work for Roof US” trying to get warranty work done, should have been my warning that these people have no integrity. Had this company replace my roof 3 years ago. It’s looked fine and didn’t seem to have issues, but boy did these guys do quite the cover up. They were hired to replace my whole roof and fix a troubled spot (insurance paid to COMPLETELY FIX THE PROBLEM). These guys slapped some new plywood over my partly rotting Rafters/concealed front fascia beam, and now I’m noticing it as the rot is causing my gutters to sag. We had a great experience with Roof.US. Gant was helpful and worked with us through a small glitch with our insurance. He was available to answer questions and offer assistance throughout the entire process. The roof turned out beautifully and we are quite happy with the end result.

These guy are the real deal. They came to my place and met with the insurance adjuster and got my roof approved. A few weeks later, a crew of nine showed up and within one day, I had a new roof. The crew knew what they were doing. The only break they took was 30 minutes at lunch. The end result was a roof much better than the original. They added little things that will help the roof last longer, like something to help the water runoff, to avoid water puddling up at the gutters and a heat vent at the top of the house. And yes, I did my part, I sat out front all day and watched.
