I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Quality Air! From the moment I called, their rep was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They scheduled a technician promptly and even followed up with a reminder before they arrived. The technician arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it up and running in no time. I highly recommend Quality Air to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC professionals. We will definitely be lifelong customers!

Called them to get a quote they came crawled under my house, but then they rudely never called me back to give me the quote. They kept saying when I called them that they were gonna email me the quote or text me the quote and then never did never responded. Never cared to follow up or give a quote so what the point of even coming and crawling underneath my house.

Didn’t know I was gonna have to have a credit report ran and get a loan from a bank as well. 🤷🏻‍♀️oh well. I just need my a.c. Redone. Lol
