The tech was the best!!! I called Premier because my AC was not working properly. I spoke with Mrs Wendy, who I must say was very kind and understanding. Mr Hosea arrived to service my unit on time and he also explained everything step by step. The maintenence service was excellent and timely. I also signed up for the reasonable monthly maintenence package. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed

The technicians are polite and professional. Very knowledgeable, fast. I had them clean my heating system before the winter chill set in. I'm happy with the pricing.
