We called about a non-urgent problem with our lock and Artur was able to fix it the same day. He was very friendly and helpful and explained the work that needed to be done clearly.

Artur was great! Came within fifteen minutes at almost midnight on a weekend night to let our house sitter who had locked themselves out back in. Very fair pricing and also gave us a nice discount as the lock was a fairly simple one. Hopefully will not need lockout services again but if we do or need other lock/key services we will definitely work with him again!
