Locke's replaced my whole AC system including electrical upgrades and new lines. Anthony called back promptly after initial contact request and not only provided the estimate for an straight up replacement unit, but also options on an upgraded Energy Star rated system that was eligible for IRS tax credits and City of Tallahassee rebates. The ROI payback on the upgrade system was one year and was what we selected. Communication during the whole process was excellent. The installation technicians process was safe and professional and I had no concerns with the work being performed. The compressor pad was installed on blocks and leveled, the electrical box was replaced and surge protector installed, and the cleanup left no mess. Very disappointed with the service and job done by Locke's Air conditioning. Paid $7500 for new AC system and needed to get a loan. I've had to call 4 times now because the job was not completed properly and the AC is not working. Today they sent out a technician and are demanding $350 in repair cost to get it working only 3 months after install. I am still paying off the system and now they're asking for more $ to get it working. Highly recommend going with a different company that can do the job right the 1st time.
