Lockwood's Carpets

We engaged Lockwood for LVT in our kitchen/bath/ laundry areas. Pros- they did have a nice selection of flooring on-site and were really accommodating to allow for taking samples home during the selection/ buying process. Cons - would not recommend partnering with this team for installation. It seemed like it was subcontracted out, and the attention to detail was poor. The team had to come back out to fix some things after we called them to raise awareness of the issues (there was no supervisor on site to ensure work was done correctly in the first place). And even after coming out a second time, there were still a handful of things that weren’t finished well (pics). I didn’t contact them a 3rd time bc it didn’t feel like we would get anywhere. The worst job I have seen in a long time. They literally damaged just about all the baseboards in the bedroom where they lasted it. They also left the cylinder that the new carpet was rolled up with on our front lawn. I have several photos of what they did. I don’t ever want to use them again!

I highly recommend Lockwood’s Carpets for any flooring needs. The staff I dealt with (Tim, Lee, and Kenny) were exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional. Lee and Kenny, the installers, were prompt, kept me informed throughout the process, and took great pains to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. The results are absolutely amazing and I would not hesitate to use Lockwood’s for any future flooring needs as their attention to detail and customer service are truly over the top!!

I have used Lockwood Carpets on a number of different projects and lockwood flooring came recommended to me by other customers. I have seen some amazing tile work built on a curved structure / base. Personally for me they have reworked an old piece of vinyl that needed to be repaired and the final product was seamless. Lockwood flooring is also very knowledgeable on the various products that they install and provided me with great information so that I could make an informed decision. To simply put it Lockwood Flooring is the best!

Flooring is nice. Service is terrible. Sent an underage kid to count as "a crew of 2"..came late. Didn't work full days. Could have finished in half the time if they actually sent a 2nd installer..billed me for work not done or agreed on..said couldn't do part of the work because they'd "never done that before "..very stressful dealing with them
