Loggerhead did work for us 6 years ago and never corrected shower floor which pooled water. A tile guy did a minor fix which wasn’t adequate. He stopped answering my calls. Six years later, shower leaked to floor below us due to cracked shower pan, which was never replaced. They also tiled over old tile without talking to us about it. We have to now rip out shower, which was only used about 15 months because we are snowbirds. He was a nice friendly guy and was good with carpentry, but not with tile and plumbing.
