We hired Mike and his team for a home addition, and overall we had a very positive experience. The quality of the work was solid, communication was clear throughout the project, and the job was completed as agreed. What really stood out to us was his integrity after the project was finished. Months after completion, an issue came up that was not caused by his work, yet he still took the time to help us troubleshoot and get it resolved. That level of responsiveness and professionalism after being fully paid is rare and speaks volumes about how he runs his business. We would absolutely recommend Loggerhead to anyone looking for a reliable and accountable general contractor.

The workers were very competent and skilled. The owner/contractor even came by to make sure things were getting done correctly. Communication with Mike from Loggerhead Contracting Services was excellent. I hired them 2 different times for renovations to my house. And I would hire them again if needed. They are the best! The second time I had them renovate my lanai that had cheap windows and an aluminum base that let the heat through. I had them rip the raised wood sub-floor out and pour a concrete floor and construct block walls, install a hurricane proof window and door, and create a screened patio off of the new office room. Inside the did drywall, electric and built a closet. The best office ever!!!

Loggerhead Contractors exceeded our expectations! Travis, the owner, was so easy to work with, and his crew was equally great. From the first call, they were friendly, prompt, and completely professional. We had water damage from a roof leak that needed attention, and they got it repaired quickly and efficiently. The quality of work was excellent. We’ll definitely be calling them for our next project. Highly recommend!
