I had a great experience with Lonestar Excavating LLC. Joe came out quickly to repair a damaged septic pipe and did an excellent job. He was professional, communicative, and got the work done efficiently. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything.

Joe had a quick response time. Came out to check size of septic tank gave us a bid and was able to come and pump it out the following day. Cleaned it all out rinsed it and rinsed all components off. Very professional. Gave us feedback on things that needed to be repaired in the immediate future.

Paid The guy to come and pump 2 of my properties, he said his pump was filled and was paid all but 150.00 its been 2 months and he has been unresponsive to messages, calls facebook messenger and email. Please do not pay till the job is finished as he will not come back and is not a man of his word. i had two other projects that i was going to be using him but due to lack of responsiveness will be going with someone else. if anyone personally knows him let him know that a man's word is worth more than money.
