Ruiz Landscaping missed our first scheduled appointment—no show, no call. After I sent a follow-up message the next day through the Thumbtack app, they finally showed up later that same day (March 19, 2025). Once the work was completed, it was done very well, and we agreed on a weekly rate for ongoing yard maintenance. We also discussed some needed irrigation repairs, and I was given a date when they would provide a quote and return to complete the work. Unfortunately, that never happened. Despite several follow-ups through the Thumbtack app, I was repeatedly told that a quote would be sent over, but I never received anything. On a Thumbtack request from the day prior, Mr Ruiz picked up mulch for us today, cleaned up our backyard flower beds with a hoe, planted beautiful flowers and dressed the beds with mulch. Very good service.
