I was having issues with the sprinkler system to our aerobic septic tank as it had just stopped working and we weren't sure how long it hadn't been working. So I called this company as they were closest to where I live and they answered promptly and were polite and gave me the price of their service fee over the phone. We made the appointment for the same day in the afternoon and they were on time and very communicative. They addressed the problem and relayed some pertinent info about our septic. I would have given them 5 stars, but they don't take credit card payments which made it difficult as for payment as we had to go to the store to get cash out and then be able to pay them so that's why I took away 1 star from the rating. Loya Septic Installation was worry free, service was professional and reliable. When we were calling around to find a septic installation company very few returned phone calls or came out for a scheduled appointment. LOYAs professional services will definitely be on our A list for referrals.

Sent house plans a week ago and can't get a response. Super responsive for about an hour then nothing for about a week. I messaged them several times then get 0 back. Wouldn't trust someone working on my house that doesn't communicate so I guess its not a loss. Don't need a septic company ghosting you, guys! Lol

These guys were super helpful. I was having a hard time finding a septic engineer to help with a capacity calculation. I seriously had called probably 50 numbers and either got no one or someone who wasn’t helpful. These guys got me in touch with theirs (who was great) and even followed up to make sure I got everything I needed. Definitely recommend!

Im so happy with the fast installation and how they communicated with my family and I about the steps and the progress. They left the property pretty clean and did the installation pretty fast. I so recommend this company!
