Long Island Fencers Club (East)

The Long Island Fencers Club has been a great experience for our family. Coach Daly and his staff are very knowledgeable about the sport of fencing but also very compassionate and caring about the athlete. They put an emphasis on the whole experience including getting the body ready with warm ups and keeping it fun, while also serving the community. When it comes time to each the art of fencing they certainly don’t hold back either. If you are an athlete or thinking of taking up this wonderful sport look no further than this wonderful club!

LIFC is truly an exceptional place for young athletes to learn, grow, and develop their own fencing style. The coaches and staff are not only highly skilled, but genuinely invested in each child’s success, confidence, and well-being. Coach Daly offers far more than fencing instruction. He is a mentor and leader who creates meaningful opportunities for his students through guidance, leadership development, job opportunities, and involvement in charitable work. Most importantly, he provides a safe, supportive environment where children can build character, confidence, and lasting friendships.

LIFC is an amazing organization that supports fencers not only on the strip, but also beyond fencing itself. The coach places a strong emphasis on community involvement and volunteering, helping fencers grow into well-rounded individuals and genuinely good people.

Friendly and fun for my son. He loves it! He started as a teenager and the organization was super accommodating and welcoming.

I would definitely recommend it for any fencers or anyone wanting to learn how to fence.
