Had a great experience with Lonik. They rebuilt my chimney, replaced some damaged bricks on the corner of my house, fixed a several foot long crack in the mortar under a window, and replaced a basement window sill. Quote was much more competitive than the other companies that came out and the work looks great. Estimate was quick and no high pressure sales tactics. Would definitely use them again!

He was able to pull the permit needed within days. The demolition and entire project was completed super fast, and his attention to detail is next level. His work is detail-oriented, and pristine. I had a great experience from the start with Lonik Contracting. I heard back from them within a couple hours of reaching out. The owner, Nick, has been a good communicator to coordinate the project and schedule the work. The foreman, George, came out to perform the work and was extremely professional, respectful, and kept the job site clean. They helped replace damaged brick along the entire side of the house. They were quick, clean, and the quality of work is good. As a general contractor, I’ll be happy to work with them on future projects.

Nick and his crew did an excellent job installing the stone and hearth for our indoor wood burning fireplace. Communication was excellent, the crew was professional with their work and cleanup, and the job was completed efficiently and exactly as we wanted it. Could not ask for a better result and service.
