I can’t say enough good things about Professional Rug Cleaners! They were incredibly professional, had excellent communication, and were both friendly and timely. Their pricing was exceptional compared to other well-known cleaning services in the Metro Detroit area, which were overpriced and lacked urgency. Professional Rug Cleaners delivered on their promises, and I’ll definitely be recommending them and using their cleaning services again in the future!

We have used Professional Rug Cleaner for many years. They have cleaned our two wool and silk rugs and did carpet cleaning in our home. They did a phenomenal job cleaning one of our rugs that was heavily soiled making the rug look like new. Prices are very good and the owner is very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have one of the hardest area rugs to clean. Due to the fiber content, the rug browns out with “normal” cleaning products. When a red wine spill looked as if the rug was ruined, Chari came to the rescue. He worked on my rug for weeks in order to restore it. It came back looking like new and they even charged me less than expected. They are the most competent, courteous, professional group. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Answered all my questions, they were friendly and knowledgeable and my rug turned out perfect! I was nervous because it is a textured multi color wool rug that can't be replaced. It now looks brand new again! Plus the price was very reasonable. I'll be taking any rugs I own from now on, here for cleaning.
