We used Loope Pool & Spa LLC for about a year before ending service due to serious concerns about over-chlorination. Our children developed skin irritation, brittle hair, and faded swimwear. Independent water testing revealed chlorine levels in our 11,700-gallon pool were dangerously high — over 20 ppm, far beyond safe swimming limits. We later learned they had been adding up to 4 gallons of 12% chlorine in a single weekly visit, causing chlorine spikes to extremely dangerous levels, well outside EPA guidelines. This level of chlorine was excessive and unsafe, regardless of whether the pool was covered or in frequent use. Multiple pool professionals confirmed this kind of weekly dosing was unnecessary and potentially harmful for a pool of our size. We filed a formal complaint with the Be

I was told I’m out of their service area when a recommended friend 2 miles down the same road uses their services. I just don’t think they want have a desire to do it. Character and integrity are the ingredients for a successful company along with trust. Something’s up here.
