Loring Parking Ramp, Minneapolis | Secure Parking

Deceptive signage, $30 per night. $120 to park at the ramp for 4 nights while at Hyatt for a conference. Ramp is very pricey, was under construction, prepay station was broken, no one home at ramp office. Not a great experience.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. I used your ramp for my daughter’s dance competition. When entering you see the fist pic stating parking $6, but if you manage to get your binoculars out, it says, “starting” at $6 which is deceiving! The I was the for 2.5 hours and charged $25!!! Even though the second pic is of the actual rates per hour. No signage, no warning, no nothing. Just being held hostage in the ramp and the woman I spoke to was no help either. This is pure deception and taking advantage of people. If you are ever in downtown Minneapolis do not use this ramp, and I would be ashamed if I was the Hyatt and had any association with this horrible company! Shame on you Loring secure parking. ESAD!!!!

My car was stolen from this garage last week. The security is practically nonexistent — the cameras do not work, and in the mornings, the gate opens automatically by scanning your license plate, so anyone can drive out without scanning a ticket. I’m a monthly pass holder and didn’t even receive a refund through the third-party app after my car was stolen. Absolutely no accountability.

Posted signs for pricing are inaccurate. I was there for less than 2 hours and was charged $25, when the signs indicate it should’ve been $13
