Lot 72 Carroll Square

Only reason for 2 stars is the location and price(which I had to fight for). The attendant got angry with me for asking for a receipt. Good thing I did because he thought I parked there yesterday. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Do not talk to customers like that when they ask for a receipt. He said I should have asked when I got there. How in the world do you get a receipt before you get charged? He was very confused. Would not go back.

Parked here for the Frankie Beverly and Maze concert. Purchased ticket through ticket stub so I think i paid more than I had to but it was a quick walk to capital area. The attendant was friendly and helpful. No issue and a great location.

Worst confusing parking. And the guy at the kiosk isnt helpful and didnt provide enough instructions. When i talked to him he had an attitude. There are no elevators so be ready to walk about 4-5 floors up to get to the rooftop is what they call it rather than floor level. I was sooo lost.

Parked here for a capitals game a few weeks ago. Great quiet garage and a quick walk to the capital one arena. The employee who greeted us at the entrance of the garage was very nice and friendly.

Great parking near all the museums and fairly cheap $19 for all day
