Lot 93 - Blake Building

Reserved a space on SpotHero. Realized that I had, in fact, pulled into the garage across the street instead of the correct one. Was unable to back up, but for some reason, my reservation QR code worked. It said it was printing a ticket. It refused to print a ticket. Pulling in and turning right around to leave, we were, of course, unable to exit without a ticket. The phone number is not in service. There is no way to contact anyone. And now I have to pay $20 for making a wrong turn, without any way to fix it.

Colonial Parking is the worst run entreprise in the DC area. The company is poorly managed leaving the bard work to its lowest employees. I have not had a SINGLE months where there weren't issues with my parking access card, my account billing or something else. I pay out of my pocket around 300 each months, yet it took them 3 weeks to give me an access pass and they continually overcharge my account. Colonia Parking is messy, unclear and the biggest nuisance when all I want and expect is to be able to easily get my car and put it back. Colonial Parking has monopolized the DC parking market with its overpriced rates.

When I went to pick up my car 5/1/2017, the valet took a long time, so I went to check on him. I witnessed the valet step on the gas, grind the clutch, and stall the car. He must have done it numerous times before I arrived, in addition to when he parked the car. It can be costly to replace a clutch. How could someone who does not know how to drive be employed in this position? I expected professional service when I drove into Colonial Parking. It was clearly not what was delivered today. Unless you want to risk your car being damaged, avoid Colonial Parking.

Good parking service, although there is no elevator.
