We had a phenomenal experience with Loudoun Deck Repair! Our deck is more than 20 years old. It was holding water in various spots, warped in areas, with some joists rotted, making our deck both ugly and unsafe. Our center board was completely out of alignment (see before picture). We received estimates from 3 companies. Ann, from Loudoun Deck Repair, was the ONLY one that said our deck could be repaired and didn’t have to be replaced immediately. Right there they saved us multiple thousands of dollars! Then, while they were doing the job, they discovered that two of the joist boards we had agreed to replace actually didn’t have to be replaced yet so they DECREASED our invoice accordingly!
