Loudoun Environmental Treatment

We have used Loudoun Environmental’s services before when purchasing our home and they seemed friendly, informative, and reliable until we get a non-compliance notice due the company not filing the inspection forms to the county; that was fixed. Since then, we have attempted to contact by phone 8 times (no answer), by online form twice (no response), and by email twice (absolute crickets) to attempt to schedule our AOSS filter cleaning and our annual county inspection. We cannot reach them at all. Nothing to confirm receipt of our messages, no voicemail to leave a message.

Loudoun environmental connected sewer and water to a summer kitchen my wife and I are restoring. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and flawless. Professional execution expertly done. Super friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. I only wish I had known about them before suffering through trying to get other companies out there that wouldn’t show up or return my calls. Couldn’t be happier with how it went.

They did a great job! Our system was failing and we needed help! We got numerous estimates and LET was the best. Their service was amazing; they provided frequent updates and navigated the county permitting process without us having to do anything. Kiley and Austin are great ambassadors for LET. The work they did was professional. There was concern that the substructure would need an an update but they checked it out very well and saved us money. There was some lawn damage as expected during the install but they have promised us that they will take care of it and I fully trust that they will. Overall, I’m very satisfied and recommend them without reservations.

I called to see if I could get someone to my house to provide an estimate on two problems with the septic system. The call went on voicemail. I did not leave a message, but minutes later someone called and asked me if I had called him. He seemed to be talking from a cell phone. I explained the problems and he took my name, address and phone number and said someone will call me back. He said there will be a charge for the estimate. I said fine. Two weeks have passed and no one called. Not a serious business.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. I’m genuinely shocked by the number of positive reviews, as our experience with Loudoun Environmental was terrible from start to finish. We hired them to conduct a septic inspection on a home we were purchasing. The inspection noted two broken D boxes - no huge deal. However, their repair quote was outrageously overpriced, so we brought in another company to handle the work. To our surprise, the second company discovered two additional D boxes that Loudoun Environmental completely missed during their inspection.... For a professional septic inspection company, this is a serious oversight and raises questions about their expertise and thoroughness. To make matters worse, they’ve been 100% completely unresponsive - we’ve called and emailed multip
