Loudoun Garage Door

I hired Loudoun Garage Door to replace my two old chain-drive door openers with side mount openers and to raise the rails close to the ceiling while keeping the existing doors. The process turned out to be more involved than I expected because the manufacturer of my doors had to engineer the rail system and cost it out before Loudoun Garage Door could provide an estimate for the complete job. However their price was considerably less than another company I talked with so I opted to use Loudoun Garage Door. It took almost a month for the new rails to be manufactured/shipped but Loudoun Garage Door was out soon after they received them and got everything done in one day. Had a great experience from my initial call. I needed to replace my old Garage Door openers (2 of them). They gave me options, even emailed them to me, never tried to push a sale. Answered all of my questions and even told me a bit about that company: family owned, been in business almost 30 years, etc. When Steve came for the installation, he was right on time, very friendly, told me exactly what he will be doing and worked fast, quiet, and efficiently. Took just over 2 hours. The new openers themselves are great (granted mine were 30 years old). Overall I'm very pleased.

Excellent customer service.... I was having a problem with my garage door closing and reached out to Loudoun Garage Door for help. Landon Nelson was ready to assist me and send a tech right over. However, Landon asked that we pause a moment and do a quick analysis to see if there was an easy fix. After 5 mins of checking the garage door sensors, Landon was able to help me resolve my problem and save money at the same time. Now that's customer service! These guys are the best. I’m lucky they came all the way out to Warrenton to install my new door! They were super affordable, friendly, professional, and fun to be around. They even oiled up my other door to be nice. My family has used them for years. Their pricing is extremely straightforward and no surprises or extras of any kind. Installation and tax is included with each item you order. Wish other businesses were like this. And my new Clopay aluminum and glass door is spectacular, which is obviously nice. I had a problem with my garage door sticking and making noise while opening. Loudoun Garage Door suggested several things I could do myself (lubricate hinges, clean and grease weather stripping) to eliminate the sticking, pointing out that these are cheap and easy solutions that won't require a service call. I tried them and they worked. This level of customer service goes above and beyond what I'd expect from any company, and it is most appreciated and should be rewarded. I will definitely contact them in the future if/when my garage doors require work that I can't do myself.
